PDS Tech is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to join our growing team!

Pay: $19.00/HR.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-min unpaid lunch)

What You’ll Do:

Operate an order picker reaching heights of up to 30 ft

Accurately pick and build pallets of HVAC materials (sheet metal, pipe, ductwork, etc.)

Stage and wrap pallets for delivery

Work both inside the warehouse and outside in the yard

Perform daily equipment checks and follow strict safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (must appear on resume)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Prior warehouse/order picking experience preferred

Strong attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail

PPE: Steel-toe boots required; dress code enforced (no jewelry, false lashes/nails, ripped clothing)

Assessment & Background Requirements:

Forklift assessment required

Clean background – no exceptions

Must pass drug screen - required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
