Iron Mountain is seeking a **motivated Warehouse Associate** to join our **Operations** team. In this role, you will be responsible for the **secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information** .

**What You’ll Do**
In this role, you will:
+ **Securely manage records** by moving boxes, weighing up to **50 pounds** , on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
+ **Coordinate efficient movement** of larger groups of boxes using wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
+ **Ensure compliance** with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.
**What You’ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ Experience and comfort with a **physical job** that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
+ Ability to **regularly lift up to 50 pounds** and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
+ Strong **attention to detail** to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
+ Effective **reading, writing, and communication skills** in English.
