**Position:** Warehouse Associate II (Forklift) **Job Description:** **Arrow Electronics | Phoenix & Mesa, AZ** **Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday. **Hourly Rate:** $18.00 USD **Hourly Pay:** up to $19.50 USD for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. **Overtime:** Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed. If you enjoy staying active, hands-on operational tasks, and being part of a strong team, this role is for you. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Perform daily distribution center functions, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping. + Transport, stage, and store products safely and efficiently. + Ensure quality, accuracy, and productivity goals are consistently met. + Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging processes. + Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts. + Build shipping boxes based on product size, weight, and contents. + Create shipping labels and documentation for multiple carriers, including international waybills when required. + Utilize various computer systems to consolidate orders, generate invoices, and produce shipping labels. + Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials independently or collaboratively. + Complete required forklift training and operate Sit-Down, Reach, and Big Joe forklifts. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards. + Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts. + Report equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly  **What You’ll Need:** + 1-3 years of relevant work experience  + Previous warehouse experience + Ability to perform end-user computer functions (e.g., data input, interpret information and instructions from computer screens) on Warehouse computer systems (e.g., terminals, tablets and scanners)     + Must have strong attention to detail  + Reading, writing, and understanding of English language  + Forklift, Reach, Big Joe and/or manual pallet jack experience + This position involves standing and or walking for considerable lengths of time. Consistently bending to floor level and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required  + Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals  + Must be comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards  + Exemplify team collaboration + Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures  + Maintain organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards within facility and daily workspace  + Must be reliable and report consistently to scheduled shift, including overtime hours **What's In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
