**Job Responsibilities** Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods in compliance with company and aerospace industry requirements. Accurately pull and stage materials for production orders, work orders, and shipping schedules. Transport materials between departments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment. Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities to maintain traceability and prevent material mix‑ups (FOD prevention). Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/MRP systems. Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging and preparing items for shipment when required. Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories. Maintain cleanliness and organization of material storage areas. Adhere to AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and other applicable aerospace quality and export compliance standards. Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report unsafe conditions **Minimum Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of packing or shipping experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of aerospace packaging requirements and FOD prevention practices a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and documentation. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
