**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for assisting with shipping and receiving, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** + MUST HAVE SAP/ERP Experience + Assist shipping and receiving, unload trucks using a forklift or crane, check in merchandise, and match purchase orders to sales orders for processing. + Accurately stock material physically and electronically and transact customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions. + Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customers. + Open bales, crates, and other containers, and assist in routine cycle counting of inventory. + Weigh and count items to ensure conformance to company standards. + Record transactional amounts of materials or items received or issued via appropriate ERP & Warehouse Management Systems. + Review MTR’s and maintain traceability on required material. + Perform 5S activities as assigned. + Sweep, dust, and mop, organizing the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. + Document purchase orders, work orders, part numbers, and projects on all incoming and outgoing items. + Interact intensively with ERP & Warehouse Management Systems. + Perform any other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 3 - 5+ years of related work experience in the manufacturing or oil and gas industries as a Warehouse Clerk. + Experience with a 15k Forklift (Hyster or Toyota). + Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook or a willingness to learn. + Experience working with materials such as pipe, electrical panels, skid packaging, bolts, etc. in a manufacturing environment. + Strong inventory experience. **Work Environment** The work environment is a warehouse and manufacturing setting, located in an older shop equipped with multiple overhead cranes and forklifts operating simultaneously. **Why Work Here?** Experience a supportive work culture that values teamwork and safety.
