About this RolePAR Electrical Contractors LLC, is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Kansas City operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure materials and equipment are accurately received, stored, and distributed to support critical infrastructure and utility projects. This position plays a key role in keeping field operations running efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and conditionPick, pack, and stage materials for delivery to job sites or internal teamsMaintain organized inventory and proper storage of tools, equipment, and materialsOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory auditsLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyTrack materials using inventory systems or manual logsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environmentFollow all company safety policies and OSHA regulationsCollaborate with field crews, procurement, and logistics teams to meet project needs What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferredForklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skillsAbility to lift 50–75 pounds and work in a physically active environmentWillingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions What You'll GetBenefits
