We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Oakville, ON warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. This is a vital role in our warehouse distribution process.

Responsibilities:

Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders

Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently

Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment

Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals

Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs

Requirements:

Safety shoes (CSA Grade 1 Protective Toecap)

Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset

Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Available Shift(s) Offered:

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.70 per hour
