Responsibilities\n\nReceive, verify, and document incoming shipments.
\n\n\nPick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment based on work orders or shipping documents.
\n\n\nPerform physical inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled.
\n\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems (SAP 4/Hana).
\n\n\nUse barcode scanners or mobile devices for tracking material movement.
\n\n\nAssist in the proper labeling and storage of semiconductor products to prevent contamination or damage.
\n\n\nMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned storage areas.
\n\n\nReport discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
\n\n\nCoordinate with other departments (Ops, Inventory, Quality) for material flow and issue resolution.
\n\n\nUtilize basic Microsoft Office tools:
\n\n\nExcel for inventory logs and simple reports.
\n\n\nWord for documentation and standard forms.
\n\n\nOutlook for internal communications and schedule updates.S
\n\n\n\n\nSupport continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the warehouse.
\n\nRequirements\nAt least Highschool graduate\nExperience in warehouse or logistics is an advantage\nKnowledgeable in inventory and warehouse management systems\nBasic understanding of Microsoft Office tools such as but not limited to MS Excel\nCan start immediately and with complete government requirements\nWilling to be assigned in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite\n
