The Opportunity:

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and who are eager to grow into future leadership roles. This position is not just a job—it’s a career track designed to help you develop into a Lead Associate and beyond.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll perform a variety of responsibilities including:

Loading, unloading, selecting, and moving freight Auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing Maintaining warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety Supporting teammates and assisting site leadership

Requirements:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required to support diverse teams and communication High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physical environment Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. (materials handled will vary) Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience required Desire to grow into a leadership role
