Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our shipments. You will be responsible for performing quality checks, executing ERP system transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy while adhering to our safety protocols.
ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks on both outbound and inbound shipments.Stage and pack outbound shipments in line with site policies.Execute ERP system transactions for shipments.Update FMS for parcel and freight shipments.Utilize handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System for order fulfillment.Maintain inventory accuracy and handle hazardous materials for both inbound and outbound processes.Comply with 5S safety and housekeeping practices and regulations.Complete all required safety training and follow protocol in all risk situations.Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand.Lift up to 75 pounds unassisted.Become certified on powered industrial trucks, including work assist vehicle (WAV), off-the-ground order picker, reach truck, dock stocker, and powered pallet jacks.Create repair RMAs and manage receiving and shipment issues within repair systems.Develop familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics, and software tools.Provide input for continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and process standardization.Resolve basic problems of limited complexity under direct supervision and perform rudimentary analysis.Evaluate and maintain equipment.Create expense orders for internal repair consumption.Ensure compliance with external auditors and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential SkillsEffective communication skills.Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.Proficient understanding of desktop usage.Basic math skills, including reading a ruler.Fundamental reading and writing skills.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.1 year of relevant experience.Certification for operating powered industrial trucks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
