Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified, reliable candidates for a Warehouse Associate position with a company in Fairview, PA. This is a 1st shift position with a starting pay rate of $16/hour.

Warehouse Associate

Shift:1st 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $16/hour Raise to $17/hour with good attendance and performance

***Candidate must pass a drug screen  and be open to a criminal background check***

 

Responsibilities:

Receiving and Processing Orders:

Receive incoming shipments, verify for accuracy, and process orders for storage or shipment. Ensure proper documentation and labeling of all incoming and outgoing goods.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliation. Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Picking and Packing:

Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Prepare shipments, including proper packaging and labeling. Drive box truck for local deliveries

Quality Control:

Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products. Report and address any discrepancies or damages promptly.

Operational Support:

Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Current PA driver's license Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

This position may require lifting objects of varying weights. Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
