**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Location:** East Granby, CT **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM **Assignment Type:** Temporary **Pay: $17 - $18** **Dress Code/PPE:** Steel-toed shoes required **Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to join the team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely and accurately handling materials and products within the warehouse. This includes operating powered equipment, performing inventory activities, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in a clean, organized, and team-focused environment. **Responsibilities:** + Operate powered equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products safely and efficiently + Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes while maintaining accuracy + Organize and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying type and quantity + Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power supply to support operations + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and equipment, conducting routine inspections + Support physical inventory processes, including counts and audits, to ensure accurate records **Qualifications:** + 6–12 months of previous warehouse experience preferred + 6 months of forklift operation experience preferred (certification a plus) + Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment + Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of performance **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand for long periods of time + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
