Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the depot, no limited to: Packing, Unpacking, Logging, and tracking of equipment as well as daily deliveries and refurbishment. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Warehouse Associate , you will:

Create shipping labels and track incoming and outgoing equipmentProvide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping labelsAlign with the Equipment Recovery Team, and initiate swift action on all returns pending returnManage cases by pulling new tickets daily and ensure completionTracking upcoming organizations needs and anticipate volume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North AmericaDeliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Warehouse Associate role include:

Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.Track incoming and outgoing equipment in a timely mannerEnsure that all required refurbishment is done daily.Be comfortable with a forklift and pallet jack.Some computer knowledge (Office, Teams, Excel, Internet browser)Able to identify different similar looking cords and cablesProvide assistance to other depot departments as needed.Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

The base salary range for this position is $18.50/hr- $23.08/hr USD, (pay rate will not be below applicable minimum wage) plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
