**Warehouse Packager – Temp to Hire | $18-$20/hr. DOE | Santa Ana, CA** Adecco is partnering with a Santa Ana-based company specializing in holographic and metalized print products to find a dedicated Warehouse Packager. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers a consistent schedule and the chance to grow with a respected local business. **Schedule** • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM • Pay: $18-$20/hr., depending on experience **Role Overview** As a Packaging Specialist, you’ll be responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment, performing final inspections, and ensuring packaging meets production standards. **Key Responsibilities** • Conduct quality checks according to product specifications • Document inspection results and report any quality issues • Apply labels, wrap products, insert core plugs, and pack items per packaging guidelines • Seal containers and label boxes with contents and destinations • Prepare pallets for freight shipments using wrap and strapping • Operate a forklift to move packaged goods • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Report incidents or accidents immediately • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed **Qualifications** • Ability to follow detailed packaging and safety procedures • Forklift experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and reliability **Apply Today!** _Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
