**Description** The Aerospace Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all warehouse functions to ensure the efficient, compliant, and safe handling of aerospace components and materials. This role oversees inventory control, shipping/receiving, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with production schedules and quality standards. **Job Requirements:** + 5-7+ years direct warehouse supervisor experience (or similar experience) + Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industry (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) with familiarity in handling traceable, critical, or high-cost inventory. + Proven experience in: + Cycle counting, inventory control, and receiving/shipping operations. + Routing of aerospace fasteners, kits, or hardware to production or customer orders. + Managing team performance, KPIs, and daily workflow in a high-volume setting. + Responding to DCMA, customer audits, or internal compliance inspections. + Experience with logistical forecasting + Lean Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement training + ERP system proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Epicor). + Any WMS (Warehouse Management System) knowledge and barcode scanning systems. + Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Kaizen events, root cause analysis). + Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement new procedures with measurable results. + Track record of: + Reducing order errors or delays. + Increasing pick/pack/ship accuracy and speed. + Streamlining receiving or put-away processes. + High level intermediate to expert at excel **Additional Skills & Qualifications** 1st shift-hours are 7:00am-4:30pm **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
