Pay: Base Pay is $17/hr with incentives totaling up to $240 a month

Job Summary

As part of team Alorica, you’ll support our warehouse operations and will be trained on multiple parts of the warehouse floor, ranging from scanning in shipments, picking/packing, assessing returns/damaged products, and diagnostic checks.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalentAble to perform assigned duties with minimal supervisionBasic Math skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailIndependent worker with excellent organization skillsReliable and dependableRegular and on-time attendance is requiredHours may occasionally exceed 40 hours per week

Work Environment

Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, warehouse environmentOngoing usage of computer systems

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, without assistance repetitivelyAbility to make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squattingMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of time unassisted
