Our client, a leading service provider in the commercial swimming pool and spa industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Jefferson, WI
**Pay Range: $18.50**
**What's the Job?**
+ Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments of small packages.
+ Inspect packages for accuracy, damages, and documentation.
+ Maintain precise records of inventory movement and shipments.
+ Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
+ Assist with inventory management, including stocking and counting, including some office duties (filing, etc).
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related role is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency in using inventory systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word) is a plus.
