**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for assisting with packaging laminated products and taping up boxes. They will palletize boxes, operate a shrink-wrapping machine, and move materials to the side. Training will be provided to operate a Slitter machine, which converts large rolls into smaller rolls. **Responsibilities** + Assist with packaging laminated products and taping up boxes. + Palletize boxes and operate shrink-wrapping machine. + Move materials to designated areas. + Train to operate a Slitter machine for converting large rolls into smaller rolls. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of Warehouse/Machine Operator experience. + Skills in packing, production, picking, and general labor. + Experience with pallet jack and unloading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Friendliness and willingness to learn. + Previous experience working in a team environment. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. + Good measurement skills for inspecting parts and confirming sizing. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a family-feel environment with flexible hours. The dress code is casual, including T-shirts, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. Flexible hours are available, with training hours set from 7am to 3pm. Employees work 8-hour shifts, with options for 15-minute unpaid breaks or a 30-minute lunch. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
