Our client, manufacturing and production services provider is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Paint Handling (Hot Environment) to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team supporting warehouse operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have reliability, safety awareness, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Safely lift, carry, and maneuver 5-gallon paint containers and other materials weighing up to 40–50 lbs. Perform strenuous physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and continuous movement throughout the shift. Work in a non–temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to heat and paint materials. Assist with paint mixing, storage, labeling, and inventory management. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs repeatedly. Comfortable working in high-heat conditions and around paint materials. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous warehouse or paint-handling experience is a plus but not required.
