Job Description: Logistics & Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Manager with a hands-on and operational approach, capable of managing and actively participating in daily activities such as loading/unloading, internal handling, and warehouse organization.

The role will be integrated into a dynamic production environment, requiring a constant presence on the floor and strong coordination skills, supporting the team not only in planning but also in executing tasks.

Main Responsibilities:Coordinate and participate in goods loading and unloading operations.Manage internal handling of materials and finished products.Organize and optimize warehouse spaces, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety.Collaborate with production departments and the shipping office to ensure proper flow management.Monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory activities.Use management systems for recording and controlling movements.Coordinate warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.Requirements:Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in metalworking or manufacturing environments.English language proficiency required.Excellent knowledge of warehouse dynamics and operational logistics.Ability to operate forklifts and handling equipment.Practical attitude, initiative, and on-the-ground leadership.Basic knowledge of IT and management tools.
