WATER QUALITY PLATFORM  

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. About Role 

ROLE DESCRIPTION  

Hach Pacific ANZ is seeking an experienced warehouse coordinator to join our Supply chain team, reporting to the Suply chain Manager. As the warehouse & Logistic officer, you will play a key role in day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Manage warehouse fullfilment activities.

Maintain the daily shipping and receiving schedule.

Dispatche outbound orders and recieve  inbound orders.

Coordinate with transport and courier companies

Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.

Create and files sales orders, invoices, , packing lists, and other documentation.

Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.

Collaborates with the Supply chain team and associates.

Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.

Escalates issues to managers when necessary.

Perform daily cycle count and full stock take once a year and respond to stock queries as required.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)

Experience working in warehousing and logistics in similar role.

Sound knowledge of DG goods storage & shipping

Able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

Computer systems- Microsoft office basic also Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

Ability to determine and execute proper storage methods, identification and stock location based on shelf life and space availability.

Ability to be objective and flexible in adapting to changes in priorities of work projects.

A warm, friendly, welcoming nature and eagerness to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Be an enthusiastic, flexible, supportive team player.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy.

Able to work independently
