Warehouse and Logistics Manager

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Warehouse and Logistics Manager** to join our team in **California, MD** . This is an **on-site, and part time** position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Managing warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling
+ Coordinate and track material movement in support of DoD projects, including 1149 transfer documentation
+ Maintain compliance with AS9100 quality standards and company policies
+ Ensure proper storage, packaging, and transportation of equipment and materials
+ Monitor and enforce shipping and receiving protocols for accuracy and efficiency
+ Support audits, inspections, and reporting requirements
+ Train staff on safe warehouse practices; ensure ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
+ Coordinate with program and logistics teams to meet operational needs
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations supporting DoD projects
+ Experience with shipping and receiving procedures and DoD Form 1149 transfers
+ Knowledge and experience with AS9100 standards and compliance
+ Obtain and maintain forklift truck driver certification within 6 months of hire according to OSHA 1910.178
+ Obtain and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) medical card within 6 months of hire
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Current and active forklift certification
+ Current and active DOT medical card
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ US Citizenship required and a Secret Clearance
**Physical Requirements**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the workday
+ The ability to frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations with ability to exchange accurate information in these situations
+ The ability to operate a computer, and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
+ The ability to operate a motorized passenger vehicle or equipment is an essential function of this role.
