We boldly challenge what’s possible for a sustainable world. **Job Summary:** Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment. **Essential Duties and Responsibilites include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** + Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters + Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted + Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments + Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures + General administrative tasks as required + Performs housekeeping as assigned. + Assist in annual warehouse inventory + Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. **Education and/or Experience** We are looking for a customer-oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred. **Key Competencies** + Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions + Excellent attendance and punctuality + Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills + Proven team player + Strong customer service skills + Must be able to read and write English + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) **Physical demands** While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or craw. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.   **Work environment** This position works in a typical parts warehouse environment. You occasionally will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and fumes from forklift.
