Job Summary:\u00A0
Performs various tasks related to assisting dealers with accurate receipt of HVAC & Supply equipment.\u00A0

Essential Duties and Responsibilites include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\u00A0

Schedule and coordinate trailer pick-up & delivery with transporters\u00A0

Monitor status of all pending orders and initiate action as warranted\u00A0

Review/confirm all memorandum of shipments\u00A0

Generate all bills of lading and secure carrier signatures\u00A0

General administrative tasks as required\u00A0

Performs housekeeping as assigned.\u00A0

Assist in annual warehouse inventory\u00A0

Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.\u00A0

Education and/or Experience\u00A0
We are looking for a customer-oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required. Material handling experience preferred.\u00A0
