Location: High Wycombe (office-based with occasional supplier visits)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
Hours: 35-hour working week
 
A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a forward-thinking organisation within the technology and engineering sector.
This is a key role supporting the warehouse and fulfilment team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, stock is controlled effectively, and goods are dispatched on time. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
This is a fantastic position for someone with strong stock control, inventory management, and order processing skills who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities include:
Using inventory and warehouse systems (e.g., Sage, WMS) to track stock and process ordersGenerating and managing picking lists and dispatch schedulesCoordinating stock movements, deliveries, and returns (RMA)Managing goods-in/goods-out and stock reconciliationProcessing sales orders, updating delivery information, and communicating with customersChecking delivery notes and processing invoicesProviding occasional internal IT setup support for new employeesThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or fulfilmentGood working knowledge of Sage or a similar ERP/stock systemStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentGood communication skills, both written and verbalA team-focused, proactive approach with strong customer service skillsConfidence handling data and supporting stock control processesWhat's on offer:
