Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Pottstown, PA

Hours: 9a-5:30p, Mon-Fri

Summary:
Seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage material transactions, inventory control, and SAP documentation. This role supports production by coordinating the movement of raw materials and finished goods, handling shipping/receiving, and ensuring stock accuracy.

Key Requirements:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

SAP and Microsoft Office experience required

Forklift experience preferred (not required)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory and stock movements using SAP

Label, wrap, and stage materials for shipping

Support production with timely material delivery

Prepare export documentation and manage shipments

Perform stock counts and help reduce obsolete inventory

Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
