The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in providing operational support and ensuring accurate, efficient warehouse administration and data management. The role: + Ensure all orders and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time to meet business and customer KPIs. + Verify documentation, including consignment notes, invoices ensuring accuracy and timely processing. + Regular Cycle Counts and Stocktakes. + Check incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and reconcile against delivery paperwork. + Apply labels to packages and orders for efficient handling. + Foster a proactive approach to daily operations that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication. + Maintain compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and quality standards and procedures. About you: + Previous experience in a Warehouse Administration role. + Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively. + Strong attention to detail, particularly within a fast-paced warehouse environment. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage confidently with customers.
