**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description** Join our dynamic warehouse team where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, picking, and packing. You will be responsible for creating and breaking down boxes for shipments, utilizing a voice-activated system to efficiently pick and pack items without paperwork. All picked items will be organized in a staging area for packing and palletizing. **MUST HAVE STEEL TOE BOOTS** **MUST BE OK WITH HEAVY LIFTING AND MOVING AROUND ALL SHIFT** **LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN START IMMEDIATELY** **Responsibilities** + Learn and perform all aspects of warehouse operations such as receiving, shipping, picking, and packing. + Utilize a voice-activated picking system to accurately select items and prepare them for packing. + Create and break down boxes for shipments. + Organize items in the staging area for efficient packing and palletizing. **Essential Skills** + Experience in material handling and warehouse operations. + Ability to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems. + Comfortable working at heights of up to 24 feet. + High school diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-6 months of relevant experience. + Possession of safety shoes with no-slip and steel toe features **Work Environment** Work alongside 18 dedicated individuals in a spacious warehouse setting. The shift runs from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The position requires comfort with heights and a willingness to engage in hands-on tasks that may involve getting dirty. **Job Type & Location** This is a 4 month CONTRACT position based out of GOLETA, California. The pay is $20.50 an hour. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
