Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead and manage the delivery of technology solutions in the wealth management and FS domain. Utilize strong technical knowledge in Java, Cloud, and AI/ML to guide project development. Drive legacy modernization initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence. Liaise with onsite teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 20+ years of experience in technology delivery, with a focus on wealth management and security processing. Proven experience in building products and managing client conversions. Strong technical expertise in Java, Cloud technologies, and AI/ML. Experience in legacy modernization projects. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to face clients confidently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
