The Waitstaff at Café 1228 plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by consistently delivering on the brand promise and upholding the highest standards of hospitality. This position is responsible for executing all Food and Beverage essentials, maintaining brand consistency, and responding to guest feedback with meaningful, service-driven improvements. Core duties include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payment transactions with precision and integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints. Building strong relationships with both guests and team members is essential, as is a collaborative spirit and proactive approach to service. Familiarity with the Micros System and strict adherence to financial protocols are required. The candidate should also have a thorough understanding of the menu and be confident in making personalized recommendations to elevate the dining experience.
