Job description Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Take accurate orders and ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are set correctly and ready for guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage service, including presentation and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience as a waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry. Additional informationYour team & working environment:
