**Responsibilities** + Handle guest concerns with empathy; escalate to the Direct Manager when necessary. + Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations. + Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards at all times. + Check out with your Supervisor before leaving your shift and ensure your station is clean and orderly. + Stay knowledgeable about Six Senses Con Dao’s services, menu items, and POS systems. + Comply with safety protocols and ensure guest privacy is always respected. + Actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills and improve guest satisfaction. + Greet all guests courteously and deliver efficient, high-quality service. + Complete reasonable additional tasks as assigned and promptly report any maintenance issues. + Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized working environment. + Accurately verify guest bills and room charges. + Be familiar with resort offerings and departmental goals. + Arrive on time in full uniform and remain present and attentive throughout service hours. **Requirements** + Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. + Strong English communication skills. + Previous experience with a luxury brand or five-star hotel/resort is preferred. + Demonstrates quick thinking and decisive action. + Shows strong ownership and a responsible work ethic. + Able to perform well under pressure. + Open-minded, eager to learn, and maintains a positive, proactive attitude. **_Note: This position is open for Vietnamese candidates only._** Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
