What will I be doing?
\nTo deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, efficient, and personalized service. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued, in alignment with Hilton service standards.
\nPosition Summary:
\nGuest Experience & Service
\n· Greet, seat, and engage guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
\n· Present menus and explain daily specials and promotions.
\n· Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Agilysys POS system.
\n· Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt delivery.
\n· Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and anticipate their needs.
\n· Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
\n· Promote upselling techniques for beverages, desserts, and specials.

Operational Excellence
\n· Set up, maintain, and clean service stations and dining areas.
\n· Follow opening, mid-shift, and closing side work protocols.
\n· Process guest checks accurately and efficiently using the proper payment methods.
\n· Maintain compliance with food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations.
\n· Participate in daily shift briefings and scheduled training.
\n· Always comply with uniform and grooming standards.

Property Details:
\nHilton Aruba is building on our legacy with the addition of the Westerly, a new beachfront tower, and Terrace on 10, The Westerly's adults-only rooftop lounge. Additional resort enhancements include upgrades to our rooms, public spaces, and restaurants and bars. These enhancements, including the opening of The Westerly, are anticipated to be complete by Late 2025.
