Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess role 

knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menuto monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastageassisting guest’s during their visit and handling guest complaintsperforms the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assignedproviding all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities

You have experience working in a guest‑facing role, ideally within a premium hospitality environment. With a warm, engaging approach, you take pride in delivering attentive and personalised service. Highly organised and confident in a fast‑paced setting, you anticipate guest needs and ensure every interaction feels seamless and genuine. A strong team player, you communicate clearly, support your colleagues, and maintain high standards of professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each shift.
