Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checksContribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policiesExecute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior AnalystSupport projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvementContribute to a high-performing Finance team. What you need to know about this position:
Gestionar de manera eficiente la elaboración, revisión y control de documentos legales para los clientes WACAM asegurando que respondan a las necesidades del equipo comercial y que cumplan con los lineamientos legales y corporativos. Será responsable del sistema de administración de contratos, canalizar consultas del equipo comercial conectando con las diferentes áreas responsables/involucradas, garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos y la rendición de cuentas.Gestión de documentos legales: contratos, acuerdos comerciales, excepción de no contrato, términos y condiciones, paz y salvos, comunicación de cuota, adendas y cartas de terminación.Recibir, entender y canalizar los requerimientos del equipo comercial para la elaboración o modificación de documentos contractuales. Asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de MDLZ.Coordinar la elaboración los documentos legales en la plataforma de CLMMantener un sistema organizado de gestión contractual que permita trazabilidad y control de versiones.Resolver consultas relacionadas con términos contractuales, procesos y políticas para la elaboración de contratos, acuerdos comerciales, excepción de no contrato, términos y condiciones, paz y salvos, comunicación de cuota, adendas y cartas de terminación.What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications:
Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.Inglés AvanzadoJob specific requirements:
Profesional con mínimo 6 meses en gestión documental, administración de contratos o soporte comercial en entornos corporativos.
Experiencia en coordinación con áreas jurídicas y manejo de información sensible.
Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office y sistemas de gestión documental/CRM.
Manejo de la plataforma DocuSign.
Capacidad de interpretación de términos legales.
Organización y atención al detalle.
