Job Description

Inventory Control & Management

▪ Develop and implement inventory allocation strategies across multiple RDCs using demand forecasting models
▪ Monitor real-time inventory levels and execute dynamic rebalancing strategies
▪ Manage tire DOT protocols (OOA & First-expired, First-out), damage control, and contamination prevention
▪ Oversee stock counting performance: Daily Cycle Count, Weekly OOA Inspection, Semi-Annual Stock Audits
▪ Coordinate inter-RDC transfers with cost-benefit analysis and lead time optimization

3PL Management

▪ Lead strategic 3PL relationship management including partner selection and performance evaluation
▪ Monitor SLA compliance and drive continuous improvement programs with 3PL partners
▪ Coordinate activities across multiple 3PL providers ensuring standardized processes
▪ Support Regional Purchasing in 3PL contracting processes covering operational requirements
▪ Implement technology integration initiatives including WMS connectivity and data sharing protocols

Customs Clearance Management

▪ Oversee customs clearance processes across multiple jurisdictions ensuring regulatory compliance
▪ Manage shipping document review, import/export declarations, and article-level status tracking
▪ Coordinate duty and tax payments while identifying optimization opportunities through FTA utilization
▪ Handle customs issues, authorization follow-ups, and maintain customs broker relationships
▪ Establish standardized customs procedures optimized for multi-RDC operations

RDC Operations Support

▪ Monitor RDC capacity management and weekly inbound planning
▪ Coordinate transport activities including vehicle assignment and shipping mode optimization
▪ Support outbound volume fluctuation analysis and delivery planning
▪ Handle emergency response protocols for sales/customer requests

Quality Management

▪Establish quality management standards across all RDC operations
▪ Implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
▪ Monitor distribution network performance through analytics and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred(in warehouse and distribution operations or logistics management with proven experience in inventory management, 3PL coordination, and customs clearance processes)

Fluent in English
