The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Video Teleconference Facilitator to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida.
The Senior VTC Facilitator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Enterprise Operations in alignment with ITIL best practices. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of changes across USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
This position is contingent upon award of the program.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, manage, maintain, operate, and defend common area VTC equipment, including day-to-day setup, scheduling, and monitoring
Schedule, coordinate, and administer multiple simultaneous VTC sessions
Provides dedicated support to VTCs attended by Very Important Persons (VIPs)
Recommends upgrades to VTC systems
Provide version control and provisioning via a Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) for VTC CODECs
Install flat panel displays, room-based VTC endpoints, projectors, and A/V equipment
Resolve issues down to the equipment level (black box)
Manage, maintain, and post a daily MSL and shift change procedures
Schedule, configure, and connect users to DISA GVS and DVS conferences
Training of designated personnel on the operation of VTC equipment
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
US citizen with active Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience
DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II certification
Must have experience in VTC systems setup, troubleshooting, and support
Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Polycom
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure as it relates to video conferencing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users at various technical levels
Desired:
Experience working with basic networking to include foundations of Cisco Routers and Switches
CCNA-Video
ITIL v3/v4 – Foundation
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
AMX/Crestron/ThinkLogical Certifications
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
