Customer Service Representative (CSR3) – Remote (Anywhere in US) Project Overview: This contract supports the Vermont State Medicaid and Medicare programs, with a primary focus on assisting individuals during the open enrollment period and providing ongoing enrollment support. Customer Service Representatives (CSR3) will manage inbound calls related to Medicaid, Medicare, and Qualified Health Plans (QHP), including tasks such as enrollments, terminations, ID card requests, and reporting. Pay: $15.00/hr Schedule: + Training: 4 weeks, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (100% attendance required, on camera) + Residency: 3 weeks post-training with performance benchmarks + Business Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST + Open Enrollment: Extended hours (TBD) Location: Remote (must reside in the contiguous U.S.) Requirements: + High School Diploma + 1+ year of call center customer service experience + Strong data entry, phone, and communication skills + Comfortable using computers, headsets, and phone systems + Must provide own equipment (PC or Mac, wired headset, high-speed internet) + Must pass BG check Job Duties: + Handle inbound calls related to Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace plans + Assist with enrollments, terminations, ID cards, and reporting Tech Requirements: Your own equipment required + Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15+ (no Chromebooks or Celeron processors) + Wired internet (25 Mbps download min) + USB wired headset (no Bluetooth) + DeviceTrust security software installation required Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
