Key Responsibilities: Support account opening and asset transfer processes for new Financial Advisors Review and organize new client paperwork with a high level of accuracy Remediate issues related to account setup or asset movement Serve as a liaison between field teams, Transition Consultants, and Operations Maintain internal records and submit detailed reports and metrics for each assignment Assist with research, rejections, action items, and recommend process improvements Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in project support, team participation, line-of-business support, or project management 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry Experience with Esign/Docusign platforms is helpful Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Wealth management experience is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Why Join Us?
