Job Overview: TEKsystems is currently hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives to support Maximus’s enrollment broker program for Medicaid and Medicare services. This is a remote position focused on handling inbound calls related to enrollment, terminations, ID cards, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls concerning Medicaid, Marketplace (QHP) plans, and Medicare-related services Process enrollments, terminations, and member inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Maintain 85% or higher QA and Service Request metrics throughout residency and production Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality standards in a highly secure remote environment Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of call center experience Strong phone and data entry skills High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience with computers, headsets, and phone systems Must be available during training, residency, and production hours 100% attendance required for training (4 weeks) and residency (3 weeks) Training & Residency Details: Training: 4 weeks, M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST Residency: 3 weeks post-training with performance benchmarks (QA, SR, AHT, HIPAA) Agents must be on camera during training and practice sessions Equipment Requirements (BYOD): Personal computer with Windows 10 or MacOS Catalina+ (no Chromebooks) USB wired headset with mic & noise suppression (Bluetooth not allowed) Stable internet: 25 Mbps (solo use) or 50 Mbps (shared), 5 Mbps upload speed minimum Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots not permitted) Mandatory Session Dates: Real Job Preview (RJP): August 13 @ 1:30PM EST (Candidates must attend) Practice RJP sessions: August 11 or August 12 (Candidates must join one) Why Join Us?
