Learn more at_ _https://www.jnj.com/medtech_ We are searching for the best talent to join our Vision team as a VP Vision Deliver located in Jacksonville, FL. **Purpose:** You will report directly to the VP Supply Chain Vision and must be based in or willing to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida. **You will be responsible for:** + Lead the Deliver function for the Vision Business Unit by leveraging deep functional expertise to create and implement a comprehensive Deliver strategy and operational framework for both the Surgical Vision and Contact Lens platforms. + Drive end-to-end platform initiatives within Deliver Vision across all regions to maximize effectiveness and impact. + Develop and implement strategies and road maps for regional and global Customer Service teams, ensuring commitment to Customer Excellence. + Establish and lead the Vision Deliver warehouse, distribution and transportation strategy, prioritizing optimization efforts, setting service level agreements (SLAs), and managing day-to-day transactional activities to ensure a reliable supply chain. + Lead capacity building initiatives for Deliver Operations processes to enhance integration with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Long Range Financial Planning (LRFP), and Short-Term Exceptions Management/Issue Management processes. + Orchestrate collaboration between commercial and supply chain teams to leverage Voice of Customer (VoC), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer experience insights, ensuring alignment with our cohesive customer promise. + Lead the integration of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain visibility and analytics, driving continuous improvement focused on On-Time In-Full Delivery (OTIF-D), inventory management, and cost to serve. + Integrate Deliver within core E2E Vision supply chain planning processes, including rapid response, issue management and escalations, strategic capacity planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and product flow optimization. + Collaborate with E2E supply chain teams to advance distribution network optimization initiatives for Vision. + Ensure "Design for Deliver" principles are incorporated into research and development processes, aligning Deliver resources with portfolio optimization initiatives to guarantee successful new product introductions (NPI) globally. + Partner with E2E Vision supply chain to define the Deliver strategy for the segment, ensuring alignment with long-range financial planning (LRFP) and the project pipeline while integrating Deliver priorities with broader segment objectives. + Align Deliver resources to support business development activities, including due diligence; ensure that integration and separation projects are adequately resourced from a Deliver perspective at both global and regional levels. + Collaborate with E2E Vision supply chain to define last-mile delivery capability priorities, to prioritize, pilot, and scale partnership opportunities. + Work with supply chain to define, prioritize, and execute business requirements related to systems, IT, master data management (MDM), and analytics. + Accountability for OTIF-D within the E2E supply chain, driving continuous improvement against failure modes and lead initiatives to address E2E issues. + Jointly optimize inventory levels with the E2E supply chain, providing visibility into inventory implications of E2E planning processes, service levels, product flows, and network design. + Coordinate with regional teams to establish working capital and cycle time targets, driving continuous improvement. + Share responsibility with the E2E supply chain for driving cost to serve, ensuring processes are in place to provide visibility into the cost implications of E2E decisions, while jointly setting and pursuing cost optimization targets. + Leads the global people strategy for the Vision Deliver organization by fostering diverse, high-performing teams that drive organizational transformation and cultivate talent for future needs + Skillsets & Behaviors + Able to Shape the Deliver strategy across the Vision business, resulting in a differentiated customer experience to enable growth and competitive advantages + Ability to influence and Shape peers in the supply chain and Presidents in the region, to deliver the best outcomes for the business **Qualifications / Requirements:** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree + At least 15+ years of related E2E Supply Chain experience + At least 8 - 10 years of related supply chain delivery and distribution experience + Able to Shape the Deliver strategy across the Vision business, resulting in a differentiated customer experience to enable growth and competitive advantages + Ability to influence and Shape peers in the supply chain and Presidents in the region, to deliver the best outcomes for the business + Experience with Supply Chain Transformation that enhances efficiency, drives innovation, and maximizes customer satisfaction + Broad-based understanding of business operations and practices and core Supply Chain areas of focus + Strong Customer Orientation + Strong leadership, vision/strategy setting, communication, influencing, collaboration, and talent development skills are key + Strong project and change management capabilities + Ability to confidently present complex information + Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally **Preferred** + Masters or MBA degree _Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
