We are looking for a dedicated VP Specialty Surg and Digest Health like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: + Responsible for setting strategic direction across GCD for Bariatric Robotic and Digestive Health. Service line focus areas include Gastroenterology, Colorectal, Bariatric, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB),Urology, and Robotic surgery. + Develop and implement business plans to support the continued growth and success of the Division. + Establish and lead a cohesive organizational and governance structure that supports the hospitals. + Execute on growth initiatives and provide operational oversight. Ensure the financial viability of initiatives. + Establish collaborative relationships with various departments and managers within GCD and its communities. + Engage and support physicians as integral parts of the development of Bariatric, Robotic and Digestive Health services within GCD. + Design ,plan and implement programs that provide high-quality healthcare services to GCD communities. + EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required. Master’s degree in healthcare related field required. + Minimum 5 years of healthcare management experience required.
