VP Senior Client Executive

We are currently seeking a VP Senior Client Executive to join our team in San Francisco, California (US-CA), United States (US). We are currently seeking a Vice President to lead our Automotive and Hi-Tech customer portfolio in North America. In this role you will be responsible for: + Leading existing business and creating vision and practical plan for ambitious growth + Providing leadership for the Client Executives who manage the client relationships, growth, operations and administration for our Automotive and Hi-Tech portfolio of accounts. + Providing strategic direction and oversight in developing team capabilities, achieving financial and operational objectives and successfully delivering on customer commitments. + Coaching and providing insight and executive leadership for account teams related to their strategic direction, P&L performance, growth, and the development of client relationships. + Creating/identifying opportunities within existing and new clients using visionary industry knowledge, intellectual capital, background in potential problem areas, and knowledge of upcoming regulatory or market changes to create engagement opportunities. + Building and maintaining professional relationships with senior and C-level client executives and expanding professional networks in client organizations. + Leading teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks, intellectual property, etc.), articulate value proposition, review and fine-tune the financials, and lead proposal presentations to create a compelling proposition for the client to engage NTT Data. + Leading engagement planning, budgeting, resource mobilization and deliverable definition; and + Building high morale and highly effective teams and position programs for success. **Required Experience:** + Deep client relationships in either or both the industry segments. + Passionate and growth mindset with proven performance record + Excellent leadership and team building skills + 10+ years of experience in a client service role where you developed comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans within the Automotive and/or Hi-Tech industries. + 10+ years of leadership experience in a role that required strong sales, relationship management, and account management skills within the Automotive and/or Hi-Tech industries. + 5+ years of Automotive and/or Hi-Tech account management experience where you were responsible for client relationships and managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams 5+ years of experience in budgeting, P&L performance, and managing operational efficiency; + And must be willing and able to travel up to 50% + Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced work environment + Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure + Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels + A bachelor’s degree or 15 years relevant work experience
