Our mission is simple: Bridgestone Golf serves dedicated golfers with superior quality golf equipment designed to maximize individual player’s golf experience and enjoyment. **Job Category** **Position Summary** Manages sales activity in addition to performing the following duties. **Responsibilities** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Plan and execute long and short term sale strategy/tactics to advance sales goals and build premium brand + Develops stronger relationships, greater volume from our customers. (Golf/Sporting Goods/Corporate Groups, etc.) + Designs selling programs to adapt to the changing needs of our markets. + Designs programs to increase our distribution and penetration. + Develops stronger, long and short term benefits with college accounts. + Works with RSD's to develop TSM sales quotas. + Works with RSD's to develop an annual expense budget plan. + Is responsible for Sales Training for a more efficient, professional field for: 1. TSM Field Training (Product and selling skills). 2. TSM In-House Training (Product and selling skills). + Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units. + Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales. + Other duties may be assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees. **MATHEMATICAL SKILLS** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. **REASONING ABILITY** Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
