VP of Product Management, CPO – Enterprise Technology and Tools

 

We are looking for an experienced Chief Product Owner for ADP's enterprise technology and tools global portfolio who will lead the strategic direction and execution of this mission critical portfolio. The portfolio serves critical business functions, such as service associates tools, Gen-AI tools for our associates  and enterprise applications. The role will define product strategy and roadmap, prioritize requirements, and innovate the Enterprise Technology and tools portfolio to deliver an enhanced client and associate service experience.

 

The role will lead a team of product managers who are responsible for working with various Business Unit leaders, vertical product teams which embed shared services, sales and service Leaders, developers and product managers across the organization to ensure vision/strategy is aligned and is being applied consistently in all markets. In addition, the CPO is responsible for the defining and achieving strategic business objectives spanning revenue growth, client retention, market share, innovation, and technical debt reduction. Work closely with field organization to ensure the product(s) are simple to integrate, adopt, implement and service while achieving our service quality and implementation quality targets.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide thought leadership in the definition of product direction and prioritization, with a balanced understanding of long-term strategy, market and competitive trends, and client feedback. Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business priorities, and develop roadmaps that balance innovation with enterprise stability and scalability to support service modernization roadmap on salesforce platform, adoption of Gen-AI tools among the associates to improve productivity and adoption of our products as client zero. Collaborate with the GETS (Global Enterprise Technology Solutions) organization and other cross-functional teams - architecture, product development, program management, and operations teams. Enable change management in the organization to drive product adoption, user engagement, and satisfaction in large scale environments. Analyze user data and customer feedback to iterate and improve the product and services. Represent ADP in external events, conferences and industry organizations and serve as the key client facing contact for the product portfolio. Engage with strategic clients, industry analysts, partners to establish and solidify ADP's position as an industry leader. Build and grow a team of strong product managers in their role as product owners and defining and delivering awesome products. Communicate the product vision to ensure product delivery is aligned with strategy. Lead the balance of business needs with technology assessments, and recommends alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed. Contribute to the evolution of our next generation products and the continuous enhancement of User Experience (UX) across the portfolio. Be a key contributor to overall ADP product strategy and plan, as well as cross ADP initiatives.

 

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.
MBA and/or advanced Technical Degree preferred.

 

Experience:

10+ years of experience leading product strategy & delivery, preferably in enterprise multi-product solutions in partnership with Global Service Enablement. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, SaaS/PaaS models like Salesforce, ServiceNow, IVR and Gen-AI tools rollout and adoption. Experience in strategizing and creating mobile experience for associates. Experience with AI Tools use at enterprise level, including evaluation of technologies. Agile methodology strongly preferred. Demonstrated thought leadership. Strong people leadership experience.

Critical Skills:

Global Service Enablement  Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders without having a formal reporting relationship. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required, including representing ADP externally to our clients and the market. Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally. Creative yet analytical - uses data to support and drive recommendations. Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary. Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as an individual contributor.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $229,200.00 - $383,700.00 / Year
