Description We are looking for an experienced and visionary Vice President of Human Resources to join our leadership team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our workforce while promoting a culture of accountability and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR operations, high-volume recruitment, and organizational development within the service industry.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, values, and growth objectives.
• Oversee large-scale recruitment efforts across multiple locations, particularly for field service, sales, and management roles.
• Create and execute a data-driven recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent in competitive markets.
• Manage HR operations, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Enhance and scale HR systems, policies, and procedures to support the company’s evolving needs.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Design and oversee leadership development, training programs, and performance management systems to elevate organizational capabilities.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all areas and locations of operation.
• Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing and results-oriented department. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within the service industry.
• Expertise in high-volume recruitment and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated understanding of compliance with state and federal labor regulations.
• Proven ability to lead through organizational growth and change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership development and training programs.
• SPHR certification or equivalent is preferred.
