Summary: Seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning for growth-oriented business.

Requirements:

Background in subscription accounting. Leadership experience in corporate finance, accounting, or FP&A. Technical expertise in accounting, tax, and compliance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/financial systems.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central, Zuora, Avalara, and HubSpot. Experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue models (ASC 606 / IFRS 15). Background in high-growth or start-up environments requiring agility. Hands-on experience with system implementations and process automation.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards. Direct the development and monitoring of annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Maintain robust internal controls and support external audit processes. Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.

Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
