The VP of Corporate Real Estate is responsible for overseeing the Company’s owned and leased real properties, including acquisitions, lease administration, property life cycle management, consolidation opportunities, and disposition of excess real estate. Insures all corporate real estate is in compliance with required regulatory and policy mandates with respect to location, usage, maintenance/upkeep, access and security. Leads team responsible for execution of all aspects of corporate real estate management. Supervises the corporate office and regional office building managers and oversees team responsible for the Norwell corporate office campus and monitors subcontractor performance.
Position is located onsite at our company headquarters in Norwell, MA.
