Position Overview

The Vice President of Network Sales – is a critically important leadership role within Health Monitor Network (HMN) responsible for providing leadership, management, mentoring and motivation of the outside Key Account Representatives to support to drive growth and expansion of our digital network.  This includes maintaining and growing current and new accounts, and fostering key decision maker relationships across physician groups, large group practices and select health systems. The RVP will set the strategy for the team based on priority specialties through targeted leads and strategic management of the team within their assigned territories to expand and grow the footprint of the network.

Essential Job Functions

Drive rapid expansion of our digital exam-room network across the Western Region.Ensure Five-Star Customer Satisfaction and client service emblematic of the highest ideals of the highest standards of White-Glove service to our HCP (Health Care Provider) and Hospital system clientsManage team utilization of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool to be leveraged/utilized with maximum optimization.Promote collaborate between the campaign management team and sales to optimize efforts across targeted specialty areas for growth aligned with company goals. Provide sales management to team in support of individual goalsMaintain a personnel list of High Potential Accounts to target, grow, retain and led by example. Set Sales & Operations Planning process; develops sales cycles for new and evolving products and lead quarterly POAs with team.Provide guidance on customer planning and analysis supportParticipates in cross functional team and leadershipCultivate and maintain strong relationships with all current and future customersWorks with IT to maintain sales tracking systemCollaborate with Operations and Production for inventory needsDevelop and foster strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partnersLead and collaborate on various initiatives such as new programs, existing and new product campaigns Manages the entire sales process, both internally and externally, enabling transparency and teamwork towards the achievement of goals.High emotional intelligence in the collaboration with customers, peers, cross-discipline departments and respective leaders of HM.Serves as an influential and respected leader within HM providing ethical, accountable and actionable leadership to the sales organization.Assures HM company compliance and regulatory requirements by their sales team.Cultivatesand maintains key customer relationshipsPerforms other duties as assigned by the SVP of Network Sales

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred15+ plus years Sales experience in healthcare industry, B2B, medical/dental device or pharmaceutical sales experience5 years’ proven Senior Sales Leadership experience managing at least 5 sellersProficient in MS Office, sales tools, mobile devices, NetSuite (preferred)Strong sales metric analysis skills to diagnose and coach sales team to improve performanceConsistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishmentsDemonstrates behaviors and competencies established for a HM leader.High degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, sense of urgency and solution orientedTrack record that demonstrates personal initiative, the ability to build high performing teams, and the capability to overcome challenges.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to travel 50% or more of work week

The potential base pay range for this role is 135,000-180,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
