OneMain is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director of Marketing to oversee our largest marketing channel—Digital Marketing. This role demands a strategic leader with expertise in analytics, technology, and customer-centric design. The Managing Director of Marketing will be responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic direction of our digital marketing channels. This position requires a deep understanding of data analytics, technology, and customer-focused marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in leading and developing cross-functional teams comprised of marketing and analytics professionals, as well as partner closely with product management and technology functions . In this role, you will lead, develop and design an industry leading new (and former) customer acquisition strategy. Strategic Planning and Execution: + Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with OneMain’s business objectives. + Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue. + Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing and analytics associates. + Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: + Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and customer service teams, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. + Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.
